Pilates Plank Marathon

I just love this video. In this workout routine Cassey Ho put you through a series of plank exercises that will really work your arms, shoulders and core strength. Love the fact that I can work on multiple areas at the same time, I’ll be adding this routine more often to my workout as this is really good at strengthening my arms.
