Pilates “Squirrel” Workout

This is a Pilates “squirrel” workout on a Trapeze table and it’s so cool! It does look a little dangerous as I’m not sure if the Trapeze table is strong enough to hold up a human body when it swings like that. However, it’s really cool to watch her swinging and while also demonstrating the strength of her body.
